Same-day Soft Play rentals
- Same-day event rental only
- Delivery and setup only — no customer pickup
- Intended for children approximately 4 months–4 years
- Standard equipment collection by 10:00 PM; later collection only by prior arrangement
- Flat, clean and suitable setup surface required
Refundable security deposit
A separate $400 refundable security deposit is required for Soft Play rentals. The deposit is returned after equipment is collected and inspected, provided there is no damage or missing equipment.
Delivery and access
Delivery and setup fees vary by package size, event location and venue access. Final delivery and access fees are confirmed after reviewing the event address and setup conditions.
Additional access/handling charges may apply for stairs, long carry distances, difficult loading conditions, grass or uneven surfaces, or other complex venue access.
Review includes package size, event address, vehicle requirements, floor level, stairs, elevator availability, loading dock/direct entrance, parking/loading proximity, carry distance, indoor/outdoor location, surface type, narrow doors/gates/hallways and setup/loading time restrictions.
