We’re a small, family‑run business with a big passion for making celebrations unforgettable. What started 14 years ago with just our beloved concession machines — yes, the classics: Cotton Candy, Popcorn, and Snow Cones — quickly grew as our community asked for more. Soon came the bouncy castles, then balloons, backdrops, décor, and all the fun extras you can imagine. Today, we’re proud to be your one‑stop shop for party rentals, bringing joy, colour, and excitement to events of all kinds.

oft play is a safe, cushioned play area designed for children ages 0–5. Our soft play rentals include foam climbers, ball pits, slides, and other soft‑material equipment that can be set up indoors or outdoors. These play zones give little ones a fun, secure space to explore, climb, and play while parents enjoy peace of mind.
How Do I Book?
The easiest way to book your special day is by clicking the “Contact Us” tab and submitting an inquiry form. We’ll email you to confirm availability and help secure your date on our calendar.

Do You Have Insurance?
Yes, we do. We carry general liability insurance, and if your venue requires proof of coverage, a Certificate of Insurance (COI) can be provided upon request. Please email nadiaspartyplanningandrentals@gmail.com for all COI inquiries.
Do You Clean Your Equipment?
Absolutely. Every piece of equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after each event. We use an eco‑friendly, non‑toxic disinfectant approved by the Government of Canada that eliminates up to 99.9% of viruses, leaves no chemical residue, and is completely safe for children.
Our ball pit balls are washed using a commercial‑grade ball pit cleaning machine, ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and quality for your little ones.
Do You Set Up Outdoors?
Absolutely. As long as the weather cooperates, we’re happy to set up outdoors for your event. For safety and equipment quality, we cannot set up on uneven surfaces, sand, gravel, mud, or dirt.
What If It Rains?
For the safety of little ones, we do not set up outdoors if rain is in the forecast or if the ground is wet or damp. The setup area must be completely dry.
We kindly ask that you plan an indoor backup location in case of rain on the day of your event. Deposits are non‑refundable for weather‑related cancellations; however, you may use your deposit as a credit toward a future date. This credit is valid for one full year from your original event date, and we’ll work with you to rebook based on availability.
Please note: Once we have fully set up the equipment and your event time has begun, refunds will not be issued.
What Forms of Payment Do You Accept?
We currently accept Interac e‑transfer, cash, and credit cards (credit card payments are subject to processing fees).
How Much Is the Deposit?
A $300 deposit is required to secure your date and is applied toward your final balance. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before your event. Please note that dates are not reserved until the deposit has been received.
Deposits are non‑refundable, but a credit will be issued for future bookings. This credit is valid for one year from your original event date and can be applied to any available date within that period.
How Does Delivery Work, and Is There a Fee?
We deliver across the Greater Toronto Area.
Our team arrives 45 minutes to 1 hour before your event start time to complete setup. If there are any factors that may slow down setup — such as stairs, limited access points, or restricted parking — please let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.
A delivery fee applies to every rental. This fee varies based on your location, distance, and any logistical requirements needed for your setup.
What If I Need to Cancel?
We hope you won’t have to cancel the fun, but we understand that life happens. If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible at nadiaspartyplanningandrentals@gmail.com.
Cancellations made 7 days or more before your event date will receive a full refund of any balance paid. Please note that deposits are non‑refundable.
Cancellations made within 7 days of your event will receive a credit only, which can be used toward a future booking.
How Long Are Rentals For?
Rentals include up to 5 hours of playtime. Evening events are accepted at our discretion, and the latest pickup time available is 11:00 PM.
Do You Offer Additional Time?
Yes, we do. Additional hours can be added for $120 per hour if requested at least 7 business days before your event.
If extra time is requested on the day of the event, the rate is $175 per hour, based on availability.
