How do I book?
The easiest way to book your special day is by clicking the “Contact Us” tab and submitting an inquiry form. We’ll email you to confirm availability and help secure your date on our calendar.
You can also reach us directly at nadiaspartyplanningandrentals@gmail.com. Just include your event date, city, and preferred package, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Do you deliver and set up?
We deliver across the Greater Toronto Area.
Our team arrives 45 minutes to 1 hour before your event start time to complete setup. If there are any factors that may slow down setup — such as stairs, limited access points, or restricted parking — please let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.
Delivery fees vary by service and location. Brampton delivery/setup is included for inflatable rentals, and Brampton delivery is included for concession rentals. Soft Play delivery and access fees are confirmed after reviewing the package size, event location and venue access. Other services may have separate delivery fees depending on the booking.
What areas do you serve?
Serving Brampton, Mississauga, Vaughan and Toronto. Other GTA locations may be available depending on the rental, event size and delivery requirements. Contact us to confirm availability and delivery fees for your location.
Are you insured?
Yes, we do. We carry general liability insurance, and if your venue requires proof of coverage, a Certificate of Insurance (COI) can be provided upon request. Please email nadiaspartyplanningandrentals@gmail.com for all COI inquiries.
What happens if weather affects my rental?
Outdoor setup depends on suitable weather and setup conditions. For safety and equipment quality, we cannot set up on uneven surfaces, sand, gravel, mud, or dirt.
What If It Rains?
For the safety of little ones, we do not set up outdoors if rain is in the forecast or if the ground is wet or damp. The setup area must be completely dry.
We kindly ask that you plan an indoor backup location in case of rain on the day of your event. The $50 booking deposit is non‑refundable for weather‑related cancellations; however, you may use your $50 booking deposit as a credit toward a future date. This credit is valid for one full year from your original event date, and we’ll work with you to rebook based on availability.
Please note: Once we have fully set up the equipment and your event time has begun, refunds will not be issued.
